KENSETT — Tommy Thorpe Barry

was born April 16, 1942, in Clarendon, Ark. He passed away April 7, 2021, in Searcy, Ark. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thorpe Barry and Mary Sue Holmes; wife, Clyda Faye Barry; brother, Lonnie Joe Barry; and niece, April King.

Tommy is survived by one son, Thomas Randall Barry, of Ward, Ark.; four grandsons, Anthony Howard, Caleb Howard, Gabriel Barry, and Josiah Barry; and one niece, Tonja Barry, of Sherwood, Ark.

He was an avid outdoorsman, loved fishing, camping and swimming. Tommy served in the United States Navy during the early stages of the Vietnam War.

Visitation will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 10, 2021, at Cabot Assembly of God, with service starting at 11 a.m. Interment with military honors will be at 2 p.m., Bradford Cemetery in Shirley, Ark. Online guestbook www.SmithFamilyCares.com
