Pretty Ruby kicks off

Pretty Ruby Salon & Wax Studio, 1106 S. Poplar St., held a ribbon cutting April 9. The Redcoats of the Pine Bluff Regional Chamber of Commerce participated. Pretty Ruby is owned by Cheryl Flowers, and the salon is open from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, according to the Chamber newsletter.
