81 of Hazen died suddenly April 20, 2021. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, April 22, 2021, at the Calvary Baptist Church in Hazen. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service. Memorials may be made to the Hazen Cemetery or Calvary Baptist Church.
