Mr. CLARENCE M. HAYMES,

90, of North Little Rock, passed from this life on August 12, 2021. He was born April 19, 1931, in Ward, Arkansas, to the late Miller and Bessie Haymes. Mr. Haymes drove a bus for CAT and the North Little Rock School District for many years, an occupation that he thoroughly enjoyed. He was a member of the Church of Christ and enjoyed watching sports, especially the Arkansas Razorback. Clarence was always happiest when he was surrounded by his family, especially his children, grandchild­ren, great-grandchild­ren, and great-greatgrand­children.

In addition to his parents, siblings, Charles Haymes, Jerry Davis and Frankie Haymes preceded him in death.

Left to mourn his passing are his wife of fifty-nine years, Nina Haymes; children, Marilyn Warren of Marion, Jeff (Amber) Haymes of Maumelle, Lynda (Leslie) Gann of Sherwood, Ron Reed of Jacksonvil­le; and brother, Robert Haymes of North Little Rock. Other survivors include many grand, great-grand and great-great-grandchild­ren, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Pisgah Cemetery in Pottsville at 12:30 p.m. Visitation will be Monday, August 16, 2021, from 6 until 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
