HOT SPRINGS — Zachary Q. Fisher,

35, of Hot Springs, Ark., passed away on August 16, 2021. He was born May 11, 1986, in DeWitt to Arlis and Bonnie (Fuhrman) Fisher.

Zach served as Chief Operating Officer for Crop Energy Developmen­t based out of Rockdale, Texas.

Zach “Fish” was an avid outdoorsma­n that loved deer hunting, duck hunting, and fishing whenever he could find the opportunit­y. Those that knew him best, know he found the opportunit­y often. Zach worked many seasons as a duck guide and was widely known in Arkansas County for his prowess with a duck call. Later Zach’s main focus moved to spending time with his precious twin daughters, which were the loves of his life.

Zach leaves behind a multitude of friends. Zach had a God-given talent to be not only your friend but everyone’s best friend - and had a network of best friends across several states.

Survivors include his parents, Arlis and Bonnie Fisher of Gillett; maternal grandparen­ts, Leland and Marian Fuhrman; daughters, Emma Rose Fisher, Olivia Michael Fisher; step-daughter, Chloe Lake Smith; and wife, Audra Fisher. Zach was preceded in death by his paternal grandparen­ts, Melvin “Bud” Fisher and Lula Faye Fisher, as well as several uncles and aunts.

A celebratio­n of Zach’s life will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, August 27th at Saint Paul’s Lutheran Church in Gillett, Ark., with a gathering of friends and family following at 2 p.m., located at Buckshot Lodge.
