99, of North Little Rock passed away Friday, September 17th. Glennon was born in Booneville, Ark., to parents James and Jimmie Sites. She graduated in 1940 from Fort Smith High School. Glennon retired from Peoples Savings and Loan of Little Rock in 1987. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

She was an avid reader who toured the world through her books as well as a devoted gardener. Glennon had a special love for Atkinson Peanut Butter bars as well as biscuits and gravy. Her charming smile lit up her face whenever one of her grandchild­ren was mentioned. Her deep love for her family was cherished by each of them.

Glennon is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leo Tallant; sister, Gwenith J. Smith; brother, Edward C. Sites and her daughter, Leslie Ann Goodbar. Left to cherish her memory is her son, James L. Tallant (Sophia S. Tallant) of Ypsilanti, Mich.; brother, Paul W. Sites (Joanne Sites) of Guthrie, Okla.; grandchild­ren, Jason M. Tallant (Kimberly Reynolds-Tallant) of Ypsilanti, Mich., Amber S. McCalliste­r of North Little Rock, Jonathan L. Tallant (Katie Tallant) of Navarre, Fla., and her great-grandchild­ren, Adeline Reynolds-Tallant, Elliott Reynolds-Tallant, Aiden McCalliste­r, Rose Reynolds-Tallant and Miller Tallant.

Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., on Thursday, September 23rd at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Rd., NLR. Visitation will begin one hour prior. Please sign the online register at www.griffinleg­gettresthi­lls.com and share a memory of Glennon.
