43, of Woodlawn, was a shining advocate for and example of life extended due to the graciousne­ss of others through organ donation. She passed away Friday, November 12, 2021, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Born Leah Allison Stover, July 18, 1978, in Monticello, she was the daughter of David and Barbara Mashburn Stover. Allison was reared and received her early education in Woodlawn, graduating from Woodlawn High School in 1996. She earned her Bachelor Degrees from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in both Animal Science and Agri Business. She learned to appreciate life at an early age after receiving her first liver transplant at the age of 19. Allison would later receive two other liver transplant­s, one of which came from a close family friend. She became a fierce advocate for ARORA, Arkansas Organ Recovery Agency. She spoke at many events and helped people understand the benefits of organ donation. Allison was a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. She was also an avid lover of horses and cattle and served as a past secretary of the Arkansas Beefmaster Breeders Associatio­n. She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Mashburn Stover. Survivors include her father, David Stover of Woodlawn; son, Parker David Lambert; daughter, Josey Marie Lambert; sister, Heather Rachelle Hargis (Brian); brother, Brian David Stover (Chelsea); niece, Chloe Hargis; nephew, Cash Hargis; beloved dog, Baxter; and many aunts, uncles, other family and friends who cared for her dearly. Funeral services will be 3 p.m., Sunday, November 14, 2021, at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church with Brothers Jackie Richardson and Dub Byers officiatin­g. Interment will follow in Rowell Cemetery by Ralph Robinson and Son Funeral Directors. Visitation will be Saturday evening from 5-7 p.m., at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.
