WILLARD D. JENKINS,

age 98, of North Little Rock, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021. He was born February 26, 1923, in Crossett, Ark. Willard was a 30 year retired Lt. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wade and Dilly Rice Jenkins; wife, Aline “Pat” Jenkins; and sister, Maxine Jenkins. Willard is survived by his son, Anthony Jenkins and wife Kerry Shelton of Benton; step-daughter, Barbara Mafouz of Louisiana; and five grandchildren: Taylor Jenkins (Ethan) of Little Rock; Dakota Jenkins and Dakotah Smith of Benton; Robby Mafouz and Karen Mafouz of Louisiana. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, November 16 at Ashby Funeral Home. Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Friday, November 19, at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery @ 1501 W.
