76, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life November 10, 2021. He is preceded in death by his siblings: Maxine Powell, Helen Powell, Ruby Tinsley, Francis Oliver, Patricia Johnson, Lula Reed, Charles Powell and Robert Powell. He leaves to cherish his memory: wife: Rosie Powell; children: Vivian Hampton Boons and Maurice Hampton; siblings: Dovis Doyle, Harriet Norman, Kenneth Powell, Donald Powell, Pamela Powell, six grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
