went to be with the Lord on November 8, 2021.

Born September 11, 1941. Sandy grew up in Earle, Ark., where she starred on the girls basketball team for the Bulldogs. Immediatel­y following graduation, Sandy pursued a career in nursing before eventually devoting her time caring for her children. Sandy and her husband Larry moved from Memphis, Tenn., to Heber Springs, Ark., in 1991 where they opened the Anderson House Inn. Following the conclusion of their real estate career, Sandy and Larry spent 15 years traveling the country in their RV, which included visiting 48 states. Sandy loved spending time with her family, knitting, quilting, and attended First United Methodist Church of Heber Springs. Sandy’s greatest treasures were her grandchild­ren and great- grandchild­ren. She loved following in their adventures and was always available to listen and offer an encouragin­g word. Her legacy of faith , trusting Jesus and pointing people to her Savior was a top priority and so evident in her daily life.

Sandy is survived by her husband, Larry, children, Stacy (Jim) Feathersto­n, Steven (Missy) Bius, Boyd (Shannon) Anderson, Kyle (Rachel) Anderson, Jason (Jana) Bius, Cacky (Andrew) Sobral, 16 grandchild­ren, eight great-grandchild­ren, and two sisters, Janette Neal and Pat Patsy, and a host of nieces and nephews.

A celebratio­n of life, “a Jubilee” will be held in honor of Sandy on Saturday, November 13, 2021, at the First United Methodist Church of Heber Springs at 2 p.m. www.olmstead.cc
