Brandy Thomas has been hired as the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce’s executive director for the Arkansas Institute for Performance Excellence.

Simmons Bank has promoted Chris White to executive vice president for Metro Market Development. Simmons also announced the addition of Keith Crissman as the head of Business Banking.

Hunter Loy has joined Stone Bank as digital marketing manager.

Regina Taylor has rejoined Girl Scouts – Diamonds as chief operations officer; Veronica Smith recently joined as human resources director; Shelby Cox has been promoted to the role of volunteer director; Kim Burgess has been promoted to the role of membership director.
