MABELVALE — Sharol “Sherry” Marie Crockett,

74, of Mabelvale, Ark., entered Heaven’s gates on February 13, 2022. The final days of her courageous battle with cancer were spent surrounded by her family. She was born on November 23, 1947, in Wichita, Kan., the daughter of Olen and Alma Scovell McElhaney (Floyd). She attended Little Rock Central High School, graduating in 1965. She was the loving wife of F.A. Crockett for 57 years.

Sherry is proceeded in death by her mother; father; and brother (Rodney).

She is survived by her husband (F.A.); her three children, Mark Crockett (Janet) of Bryant, Ark., Tracy Crockett of Mabelvale, Ark., Angela Barnard (David) of Greenbrier, Ark.; her sister, Margie Martin (Bobby) of Rogers, Ark.; grandchild­ren, Nick Stillman, Katy Gogus (Cody), Claira Summarell, Allie Summarell; great-grandson, Easton Gogus; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She enjoyed attending church at Life Church Of Little Rock, where she was a member. Sherry loved the Lord with all of her heart and was a true example of obedience, understand­ing, and grace. She loved sewing and embroidery, raising horses and cattle at Stoney Point Ranch, and spending time with her family. She was truly cherished by so many and will be deeply missed.

A visitation will be held at Pinecrest Funeral Home in Alexander, Ark., from 6-8 p.m. on February 16, 2022. A celebratio­n of life will take place on Thursday, February 17, 2022, at 12 p.m. at Life Church of Little Rock (formerly Otter Creek Assembly of God), with burial following at 1:00 at Forrest Hills Cemetery in Alexander.
