Rachel Parker, daughter of Lynn and Chris Parker of Little Rock, and Lane Siems, son of Christa and Marty Siems of Scott, are engaged to wed Dec. 3 at Thorncrown Chapel in Eureka Springs.

She is the granddaugh­ter of the late Mary Jo and Harvey Wright, and the late Anita and Olan Parker Jr. She received her bachelor of arts degree in sociology from Hendrix College, and her master’s degree in public health from George Washington University. She is a consultant.

He is the grandson of Nance Siems of Sherwood, Alice and Austin Rowe of Fort Smith, and the late Charlie Lane. He received his bachelor of arts degree in political science and economics from the University of Arkansas, Fayettevil­le, and his law degree from George Washington University.

Christiana Cooper, daughter of Barbara and Daniel Cooper of Fayettevil­le, and John B. Myers, son of Shelley and John R. Myers of Little Rock, have made plans to marry Jan. 20, 2023, at El Dorado Royale Resort in Cancun, Mexico.

Her grandparen­ts are the late Doris and George Madlinger, and the late Mary and Homer “Cotton” Cooper. She received her bachelor of science degree in chemical engineerin­g from the University of Arkansas, and her master of business administra­tion degree from John Brown University. She is a project manager for Chairman’s Foods.

He is the grandson of Phyllis Arrington of Little Rock, the late James W. Williams, and the late Mary and Hassel Myers. He received his bachelor of science degree in geology & earth sciences from the University of Arkansas, and is a material sales engineer for Pine Bluff Materials Co.

Lillie Peterson, daughter of Allyson and Roy Peterson Jr. of Little Rock, and Aaron Whitt, son of Tracye and David Whitt of Little Rock and the late Kristen Madsen, are engaged to wed April 29, 2023, at the Venue at Stonebrook Meadows in Bauxite.

She is the granddaugh­ter of Jimmie and Dale Carter of Little Rock and the late Roxie and Roy Peterson Sr. She received her bachelor of arts degree in English and creative writing from Hendrix College and is as managing director of the Arkansas Cinema Society.

He is the grandson of JoAnn and Sterling Johnson of Fayettevil­le, Glenda Lewis of Little Rock, Dan Whitt of Hot Springs National Park, and the late Beverly Whitt. He received his bachelor of arts degree in history from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and is a history teacher at North Little Rock High School.
