DONNA DAVIS,

-

77, of Little Rock went to be with the Lord October 15, 2022. She was born May 31, 1945, in San Francisco, Calif., to Audrey and William Fowler. Donna’s dream her whole life was to be a mom, and that she was. She was a biological mother to a few, but a mother in spirit to hundreds. She loved to play cards (and would win most of the time), laugh with friends and family, listen to, and see musicals. Donna was smart. She was a wiz with numbers and worked as an accountant most of her life. She loved her grandkids with abandon, and they adored her in return. She changed so many around her, and impacted generations with her love. As her beloved husband, Art, would say, when she loved you, she didn’t love you just a little bit, she loved you big and wide. She is preceded in death by her mother, Audrey; her father, William; and grandson, Matthew.

Donna is survived by her husband, Art Davis; four children, Stephen Baker, Karen Covington Soul, Catherine Covington Thorpe and David Covington; grandchildren, Savannah Baker, Camillia Baker, Alice Thorpe, Jude Thorpe, Oliver Thorpe, Layla Covington, Ethan Covington, Benny Covington, Aiden Filyaw, Connor Filyaw, and Jacob Hightower; and her brother, Kenny Fowler.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Donna’s name to Samaritan’s Purse or the Little Rock Compassion Center.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 20, 2022, from 3-5 pm at Roller Chenal. Graveside services will be held at 9 a.m. Friday, October 21st, at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock. Share your memories of Donna at www.rollerfuneralhomes.com/chenal.
