EDGEMMONT — Charles (Scott) Fisher,

-

a true Constitutional Patriot, went to be with the Lord suddenly on Nov. 7, 2022 at his home in Edgemont, Ark. Scott was born in Memphis, Tenn., on Feb. 24, 1959. He was the son of George and Mildred Graham Fisher, who preceded him in death. Scott is survived by the love of his life and wife of 39 years, Cindy Fisher; daughter, Danielle Sandidge (Afton) of Bella Vista, Ark.; son, David Ferguson (Susan) of Kenosha, Wis.; three beautiful grandchildren Kristyn, Nathan and Morgan; brother, Craig Fisher (Debbie) of Lucas, Texas; and beloved dogs Jasmine and Liberty of the home. Scott graduated from Towering Oaks Baptist School in 1977 before attending State Tech Institute of Memphis. After meeting his wife at AT&T, he found his calling as a locksmith and opened his own company, Southern Safe Deposit and Lock in Memphis for the next 18 years.

Scott’s passion for history led him to his life-long hobby of metal detecting where he made many friends. His love of the outdoors also led him to his interest in motorcycle riding, camping, boating, skiing, fishing, hunting and golf. Scott was also a talented wood-worker, making various pieces for family and friends over the years.

Fond memories of family camping trips at Greers Ferry Lake motivated Scott and Cindy to purchase their dream retirement home overlooking the lake and mountains in Edgemont.

Per Scott’s final wishes, no public service is being planned.
