Little Rock, circa 1915: The Savoy Theater, which opened at 509 Main St. in 1912, was showing the silent film “Prisoner of Zenda.” The theater’s run was short as a fire put it out of business in 1916; but over the decades a number of theaters would entertain along Main Street.
