Arkansas postcard past

Harrison, circa 1910: “Grandma McClure, Harrison Arkansas.” Grandma lived in a rough slab cabin with a shake shingled roof. One interesting feature was the sloping gutter over the door, angled to pour rainwater into the large barrel by the corner of the cabin.
