WHITE HALL — Tammy Sue Bogy,

60, of White Hall, went to be with the Lord on Friday, Dec. 2, 2022. She was born April 18, 1962, in Pleasant Plains, to Waymon E. Middleton and Sue Middleton.

She was reared and received her education in Pine Bluff, graduating from Pine Bluff High School in 1980. She was known for having a kind heart and being a champion for the underdog and the less fortunate. She loved to fish and especially loved to care for her flowers and yard. She had a love for cats and was active in the Jefferson County Humane Society and the Humane Society of the United States. Tammy was of the Assembly of God faith. She was preceded in death by her dad, Waymon E. Middleton; brother, Lamont W. Middleton; sister, Lydia Young Dye; maternal grandparen­ts, Leslie and Ilene Rhew; paternal grandparen­ts, Oscar and Mora Middleton; and nephews, Prentice “Scooter” Young and Tommy Young. Survivors include her husband of nearly 42 years, Edward L. Bogy; mother, Sue Middleton of Pine Bluff; sisters, Charlotte Turpin (Ron) of Clarksvill­e, Ark., and Anne Cingolani of McGehee, Ark.; brother, Kevin Middleton (Pat) of Pine Bluff, Ark.; nieces and nephews, Gracie and Taylor Turpin, Jennifer and Monte Middleton, Kevin II and Clint Middleton, and Joseph Cingolani; close friends, Ronnie J. Marsh, Opal Price, Pat Calhoun, Kristy Hardin, and Tara Mallett; and a host of family and friends. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2022 at Ralph Robinson & Son. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2022 in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son with Pastor David Poe officiatin­g. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
