STEPHANIE DENISE HOUSTON CHAMBERLIN

of Little Rock, Ark., gained her wings on March 10th, 2023, at the age of 59 years old. Stephanie was born on December 11th, 1963, in Pocahontas, Ark., to J.F. Houston and Emogene Houston. She was a devoted grandmothe­r, mother, sister, and friend.

Stephanie is preceded in death by her father, J.F. Houston; her mother, Emogene Houston; her brothers, John Houston and Keith Houston; and her nephew, Elvis Jr. Pierce. She is survived by her daughter, Hayden Angel; son, Houston Angel; her granddaugh­ters, Aurora Guise and Aria Bowers; her sisters, Brenda Pierce, Judy Houston, Tammy Hill; her nieces, Tarah Johnson, Heather Smallman, Kimberly Der, Amanda Ellis-Smith, her nephews Tyler Hill and Gary Houston; her life partner, Bill Chamberlin; and many extended family members and friends.

Stephanie was a 1983 Maynard High School graduate, where she was Miss Tigerette, valedictor­ian, All-State basketball and softball player. Stephanie graduated class of 1988, B.A., Psychology, University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Stephanie went on to graduate law school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, class of 1994, with her juris doctor degree. Other biographic­al background includes BV Distinguis­hed. Stephanie’s practice areas included Family Law, Divorce, Child Custody, Probate, Personal Injury, Collection­s, and Product Liability.

Service arrangemen­ts have been made at Roller Funeral Home located at 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Ark. 72211. Visitation will be held on March 17th from 6-8 p.m. Service will be the following day, March 18th, at 10 a.m.
