CHEROKEE VILLAGE — Hazel Jeanette Little,

78, of Cherokee Village, Ark., passed away Monday, June 12, 2023, at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Ark. Born on December 28, 1944, to Chester and Alma (Lahon) Stallings, Jeanette worked for many years at ADT in Jonesboro, before retiring from the Jonesboro School System. She attended and was active at Highland Hills Baptist Church and was still a member at Union Grove Baptist Church, where she was saved and baptized. She enjoyed golf, pickle ball, playing games with her friends, fishing, and photograph­y.

She was a bright light, a special person composed of love of friends, an incredible sense of humor, a bundle of compassion, and just a genuinely good person.

Jeanette is preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Harold “Hap” Graham and James “Sam” Little; her brother, Sandford Stallings; and her sister, Alta Burns.

She is survived by a stepson, Mike (Myra) Graham; a stepdaught­er, Kathy (Kevin) Pugh; many step-grandchild­ren and great-grandchild­ren; and many nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.

A visitation will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at Roller Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Ave. Jonesboro, Ark.

The burial will be private. Honored to serve as pallbearer­s are Rusty Burns, Warren Burns, Barry Holt, Kevin Pugh, Mike Graham, and Bobby Brasfield. Charles Wilson, Joe Counce, and Paul Vick will serve as honorary pallbearer­s.

Memorial contributi­ons can be made in Jeanette’s name to Highland Hills Baptist Church, 2021 US-62 Highland, Ark.
