FINALIST: BEST REAL ESTATE COMPANY FINALIST: BEST COMPANY TO WORK FOR (<250) The Charlotte John Co. >> BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT Jenn Cook - The Charlotte John Co. >>
Since November 1982, The Charlotte John Co. has been serving the residents of central Arkansas to fulfill their real estate needs. This year, The Charlotte John Co. is a finalist for Best Real Estate Company and Best Company to Work For with less than 250 employees and had Realtor Jenn Cook named Best Real Estate Agent in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazettes’ Best of the Best readers’-choice awards.
Melissa John, executive broker for The Charlotte John Co., said the company is very proud to have been recognized by the readers.
“The Charlotte John Co. is proud to be a finalist this year in the best place to work for under 250,” John said. “We strive to make the atmosphere in our office a positive one, and we give out teammate awards and praise daily.”
John also said the company wants its buyers and sellers to have a positive experience during the real estate process.
“The Charlotte John Co. strives to create positive real estate transactions for our buyers and sellers, as well as to develop long-lasting relationships with them,” John said. “We are able to provide exceptional service at the highest level in the central Arkansas real estate market because of our years of local experience, our unquestionable standard of ethics and our sincere commitment to each customer.”
John said this is the company’s mission statement and is on its weekly agenda. The company’s desire to create positive transactions shows in Jenn Cook, a Realtor for the Charlotte John Co. who won the title Best Real Estate Agent.
Bryan Pitts, a Realtor for RE/MAX Properties who recently worked with Cook said, “She was a joy to work with. [She] followed up immediately with emails, texts and phone calls. I love working with professionals, and she is definitely that.”
“We have an exceptional group of agents who relate with our buyers and sellers,” John said. “Since we are a boutique company, we do not have secretaries, assistants or transaction managers. Our agents are fully involved in the process entirely, from the beginning to the end. Our clients don’t get lost in the shuffle, and they know who is taking [care] of them in their real estate process.”
The Charlotte John Co. also gives back to the community through its support of the Arkansas Food Bank, CARTI, the Little Rock Compassion Center, the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and the volunteer work the agency does for Habitat for Humanity.
