Dealerships provide ongoing exceptional service for customers

In a business built on relationships, Dwight and Susie Everett have set the bar for community service, personal respect and outstanding service after the sale for more than 30 years. “We love our customers and want to make sure they have a great experience,” Susie said. “We are grateful for the support of this community over the years and into the future as we eagerly provide our ‘family-owned, customerfriendly’ service here in central Arkansas.
“Our key to success starts with our employees, who believe in and work for our mission daily,” Dwight said. “The goal of our business is to lead the industry in both sales and service by building lasting relationships and keeping customers at the center of all that we do.”
The Everetts continue to be leaders in the market with Everett Buick GMC taking home top honors for Best Auto Dealer (New) and Best Auto Dealer (Used) in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette’s Best of the Best voting. Dwight and Susie opened Everett Buick GMC in Bryant in 2006 with sons-in-law Chad Hendrix and Brandan Hudspeth.
All told, the company operates five dealerships in Arkansas, including Everett Buick GMC, INFINITI of Central Arkansas, Everett Chevrolet, Everett Ford and Everett Volkswagen. The company employs 327 across its locations, and everywhere the Everett name appears, the business philosophy is the same: Offer quality products at fair prices, backed up with the best service in the industry.
“We have created lasting exceptional service for customers before and after the sale,” Dwight said. “With outstanding customer service records at our dealership, it is clear that our mission truly sets us apart as a family-owned and customerfriendly dealership. Our customers continue to return to us year after year for their next vehicle purchase.”
As the on-camera face of the company’s commercials, Susie is recognized throughout the state. But the Everetts are even more well-known for their commitment to local causes and for supporting many worthwhile community endeavors. A sampling of their community service includes support of the Benton Area Chamber of Commerce, the Kiwanis Club, youth sports teams, Make-A-Wish and many more.
“Relationships with our customers and employees make it possible to give back to the community and make a difference,” Dwight said. “It’s been our commitment from the very start and our favorite part of the business to have been able to support so many worthwhile organizations.”
The couple have also had a hand in changing lives for the better. They have been involved with local organizations that support women overcoming addiction, incarceration or abuse and have helped set up a community medical clinic that provides medical care to the underinsured. Such ventures have fed into the couple’s deep faith and servant mentality.
“One of my biggest compliments, and I don’t get it all the time or anything like that, but somebody will say, ‘I can see the love of Christ shining through you,’” Susie told the Arkansas Democrat Gazette in 2021. “That’s exactly what I would like to be reflected through me.”
