Happier, Healthier Arkansas Health Fair set in White Hall

The Happier, Healthier Arkansas Health Fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 3 at the White Hall Community Center, 9801 Dollarway Road. The event is free and the community is invited to attend.

Lauren B. Robertson, founder of LBR Fitness and a healthy lifestyle coach, is hosting the holistic health fair along with the Happier, Healthier Arkansas Health Initiative, according to a news release.

Those attending will get to know their local holistic health resources, hear expert speakers, win prizes and “learn things to apply to your real life for free that will make you happier and healthier,” according to the release.

Speakers and topics will include:

9 a.m. Dr. Cameron Daniels, a chiropract­or, and Lauren Robertson — Introducti­on to the Happier, Healthier Arkansas Initiative.

9:10 a.m. Daniels — “Getting to the Root Cause of Health Challenges.”

9:35 a.m. Kristi Jones, an advanced practice registered nurse — “Is Chronic Stress Affecting Your Health?”

10 a.m. Tharwat Lovett, a life coach — “The Healing Power of Authentici­ty.”

10:25 a.m. Sarah Shelton — “Tea-riffic Herbs.”

10:50 a.m. Kazandra Wilson, Ed.D — “Let’s Talk Health Profession­s!”

11:15 a.m. Drs. Ana Miller and James Jolly — “Do You Hear What I Hear?” Noise-Induced Hearing Loss, Signs, Symptoms and Prevention.

11:40 a.m. Susan Ortiz, certified advanced NeurOptima­l trainer — “Neurofeedb­ack: Perfecting the Dance Between Your Brain and Your Central Nervous System.”

12:05 p.m. Nathan Slinkard, nutritioni­st — “The Ultimate Anti-inflammato­ry Diet.”

12:30 p.m. Mitzi Love — “Lymphatic Health Made Simple.”

12:55 p.m. LaurenRobe­rtson — “Health Simplified: Back to Basics.”

At 1:30 p.m., a question-and-answer session with the speakers will be held with the speakers.

The Happier, Healthier Arkansas Initiative’s mission is to make Arkansas the happiest, healthiest state in the United States by providing education and support to the community using fundamenta­l details on holistic health and effecting change in health generation­ally.
