BEEBE 50, SYLVAN HILLS 36 Hannah Johnson sliced her way to 22 points for Beebe (15-11, 9-4 5A-Central), which clinched a berth in the Class 5A state tournament. Bailey Barton chipped in with 14 points for the Lady Badgers. CONWAY 57, LITTLE ROCK CENTRAL 54 Alexis Cox scored 24 points, with eight coming in the fourth quarter, as Conway (21-7, 8-1 6A-Central) held off the Lady Tigers. Samyah Jordan added 20 points for the Lady Wampus Cats, who led 32-30 at the half. JaKyia Wilson had 20 points and Jordan Marshall followed with 17 points for Central (13-11, 4-5). EPISCOPAL COLLEGIATE 43, PANGBURN 34 Laney Marsh fought through with 19 points to lead Episcopal Collegiate (1214) to a victory in the 3A-6 Conference Tournament at Rose Bud. Elois Moore notched 13 points for the Lady Wildcats. Rylee Ramsey’s nine points led Pangburn (14-18). GREENBRIER 49, HARRISON 47 Greenbrier (10-16, 5-6 5A-West) pulled into a tie for fourth place in the league standings, thanks to 15 points each from Hallie Wharton and Jade Steele. Rhiauna Dorris finished with nine points for the Lady Panthers. IZARD COUNTY 75, CEDAR RIDGE 54 Quinn Johnson had 24 points to spark Izard County (21-9) in the second round of the 2A-2 Conference Tournament on its home floor. Olivia Spray scored 16 points and Makensie Yancey had 15 points for the Lady Cougars. Klara Gooch and Emilee Pankey both finished with 21 points for Cedar Ridge (14-14). MARSHALL 53, SLOAN-HENDRIX 30 Audrey Blair scored all 23 of her points in the first half to bolster Marshall (18-10) in the second round of the 2A-2 Conference Tournament at Izard County. Miley Harris had 14 points for the Lady Bobcats. MONTICELLO 48, MILLS 47 Makenzie King had 15 points for Mills (14-12, 6-7 4A-8), which came up short but remained a lock for next week’s regional tournament. Jermera Streets scored 12 points and Juell Phillips had 11 points for the Lady Comets. PEA RIDGE 55, HUNTSVILLE 39 Pea Ridge built an early 14-3 lead and rolled to an opening-round victory over Huntsville at the 4A-1 Conference Tournament. Makenzie Stites had 18 points to lead the No. 5 seed Lady Blackhawks (17-13). Alexis Pillow led Huntsville (6-25) with 14 points. RUSSELLVIL­LE 65, MOUNTAIN HOME 61 Brenna Burk’s 28 points directed Russellvil­le (19-6, 9-2 5A-West) to a big win to create a two-way tie for second in the conference race. Taleigha Ealy gathered up 14 points for the Lady Cyclones. Jayla Yonkers paced Mountain Home (20-7, 9-2) with 22 points. Laykin Moore had 14 point, and Anna McCarn added 10 points for the Lady Bombers. SHERIDAN 52, WHITE HALL 48 Emma Goodman logged 18 points for Sheridan (18-8, 9-4 5A-South) as it fended off the Lady Bulldogs. Lilly Reid contribute­d 14 points for the Lady Yellowjack­ets. Kenedi Bowman scored 18 points for White Hall (14-13, 5-8). SHILOH CHRISTIAN 47, BERRYVILLE 41 Shiloh Christian earned its second victory over Berryville in a five-day span and advanced to today’s game against Gentry at the 4A-1 Conference Tournament. Katie Ditch had 13 points and Lauren McCredy 12 for the Lady Saints. Kaylyn Smith led Berryville with 11, followed by Hailey Howerton with 10.

BOYS

CEDAR RIDGE 85, SOUTH SIDE BEE BRANCH 53 Caden Griffin had 16 points and Kade Barber scored 14 points as Cedar Ridge (23-7) defeated the Hornets in the 2A-2 Conference Tournament at Izard County. Easton Griffin and Kyle Provence provided 13 points and 12 points, respective­ly, for the Timberwolv­es. Haze Hulse had 28 points for South Side Bee Branch (14-24). GREENBRIER 54, HARRISON 41 Greenbrier outscored Harrison 11-4 in the third quarter and defeated the Goblins in 5A-West Conference action. The Panthers used the third quarter to turn a onepoint halftime deficit into a 32-26 lead. Taylor Crum had 20 points for Greenbrier, while Ryder Scribner paced Harrison with 12 points.

HUNTSVILLE 54, BERRYVILLE 38 Kobe Ogden had 21 points to lead Huntsville to a first-round victory over Berryville at the 4A-Conference Tournament. The Eagles (18-13) used a 16-6 run in the second quarter to turn a two-point deficit into a 24-16 halftime lead, then outscored the Bobcats 15-9 in the fourth quarter to pull away. Kayden McCubbin added 15 for Huntsville, which plays today against No. 4 seed Shiloh Christian, while Peyton Smith had 12 points for Berryville. IZARD COUNTY 71, MOUNT VERNON-ENOLA 51 Cash Arnhart nailed four three-pointers and had 18 points to send Izard County (22-8) into the semifinals of the 2A-2 Conference Tournament inside its home arena. Gabe Spray scored 17 points and Jude Everett supplied 15 points for the Cougars. Cody Hoover’s 21 points led Mount Vernon-Enola, which led 34-29 at halftime. LITTLE ROCK CENTRAL 74, CONWAY 40 C.J. Washington, Daniel Culberson and Luke Moore each had 12 points each for Central (22-5, 7-2 6A-Central), which broke the game open by outscoring the Wampus Cats 22-8 in the second quarter. ACADEMY 31 Landren Blocker had 26 points and 11 rebounds to guide Little Rock Christian (21-7, 14-1 4A-5) to a blowout of the Bruins. J.J. Andrews scored 19 points and Tristian Watson had 10 points for the Warriors.

MILLS 69, MONTICELLO 48 Mills (20-8, 13-0 4A-8) continued its assault on the rest of the conference on the strength of Anthony Hester’s 24-point, 11-rebound effort. Zaylin Rowland had 18 points and eight assists, and Jaeir Hardwell added 15 points for the Comets. PRAIRIE GROVE 62, GENTRY 51 Prairie Grove held Gentry to two free throws over the last 9 1/2 minutes of the first half and went on to post a first-round victory at the 4A-1 Conference Tournament. The Tigers turned a 12-8 lead into a 31-10 halftime cushion, and they took a 50-31 lead into the third quarter. Jace Edwards had 22 points to lead Prairie Grove, which advances to today’s 8 p.m. game against Gravette, followed by Alex Martinez with 17 and Cole Edmiston with 10. Gauge Thompson had 14 points to lead Gentry. Garrett Jech added 12 while Nehemiah Harrington and Addison Taylor chipped in 10 apiece. RUSSELLVIL­LE 52, MOUNTAIN HOME 40 Donovan Villareal’s 15 points and Caleb Campbell’s 14 points were enough to get Russellvil­le (23-5, 7-4 5A-West) over the Bombers. Blaine Tate scored 15 points for Mountain Home (18-9, 6-5). Braiden Dewey added 14 points. WHITE HALL 54, SHERIDAN 44 Carl Walker’s 21 points powered White Hall (13-14, 7-6 5A-South) to a pivotal conference victory. Jacoby Edwards ended with 11 points for the Bulldogs. Noah Romine had 14 points and Nate Carter came away with 11 points for Sheridan (12-13, 2-11).

CEDAR RIDGE 67, WHITE COUNTY CENTRAL 43 Klara Gooch’s 20 points were a team high for Cedar Ridge (14-13) on Day 1 of the 2A-2 Conference Tournament at Izard County. Emilee Pankey scored 18 points, and Allie Pankey followed with 13 points for the Lady Timberwolv­es. Jasmyn Acosta hit seven three-pointers and finished with 22 points for White County Central (3-28).

CORNING 53, OSCEOLA 26 Katie Karr pushed through with 21 points to assist Corning (21-10) in its rout of the Lady Seminoles in the 3A-3 Conference Tournament at Gosnell. Olivia Compton and Presley Martin both contribute­d 11 points for the Lady Bobcats. MAUMELLE CHARTER 43, ATKINS 42 Katie High had 12 points as Maumelle Charter (18-18) came up with a late steal to pull out a win during the 3A-5 Conference Tournament at Dover. Libby Counts added 11 points for the Lady Falcons, who’d lost seven in a row. PANGBURN 77, LISA ACADEMY NORTH 42 Jaesha Smith led with 16 points as Pangburn (14-17) routed the Lady Jaguars during the 3A-6 Conference Tournament at Rose Bud. Bailey Burress scored 14 points, Rylee Ramsey turned in 12 points, and Elisha Franklin netted nine points for the Lady Tigers. Precious Powell had 21 of her 31 points in the first half for LISA Academy North (1-20). Aniya Guy had 11 points. PARIS 47, HACKETT 46 Annabelle Perry logged out with 25 points to help Paris (12-18) survive and move on in the 3A-4 Conference Tournament at Hackett. Makaile Carter ended with 12 points for the Lady Eagles. PIGGOTT 59, HARRISBURG 51 Libby Brantley was key with 24 points, 17 rebounds and 3 blocked shots as Piggott (11-13) earned a spot in a regional tournament for the first time in 18 years when it beat the Lady Hornets in the 3A-3 Conference Tournament at Gosnell. Madden Mack had 18 points, and Brooklyn Langley supplied 12 points for the Lady Mohawks. Liz Green capped the season for Harrisburg (17-11) with 24 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. RIVERVIEW 46, ROSE BUD 37 Maci Davis’ 11 points powered Riverview (3-19) during the 3A-6 Conference Tournament at Rose Bud. Maysie Minner scored 10 points, and London Hicks had eight points for the Lady Raiders, who’d previously lost twice to the host team before winning on their third attempt. Taylor Wilhite notched 13 points, and Sadie Minton tallied eight points for the Lady Ramblers. SLOAN-HENDRIX 49, SOUTH SIDE BEE BRANCH 44 Hayden Matheny put in 11 points as Sloan-Hendrix (13-21) beat the Lady Hornets in the 2A-2 Conference Tournament at Izard County. Katelyn Graddy and Kylee Jines both had eight points for the Lady Greyhounds. Jewel Walley and Chaning Thorn each accounted for 11 points for South Side Bee Branch (12-22). Ali Goodwin chipped in with nine points.

WALNUT RIDGE 72, HOXIE 28 Taylor Forrester was effective with 16 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists as Walnut Ridge (13-14) extended its season by running past the Lady Mustangs in the 3A-2 Conference Tournament at Salem. Selbi Muradova had 13 points while Candace Morgan and Kendy Jackson chimed in with 11 points apiece for the Lady Bobcats. Blaze Loren scored 21 points for Hoxie (0-25).

BOYS

CORNING 65, PIGGOTT 42 Jayce Couch’s 23 points aided Corning (21-9), which rolled into the semifinals of the 3A-3 Conference Tournament at Gosnell. Roman Davis had 13 points for the Bobcats, who also clinched a spot in next week’s regional tournament.

FLIPPIN 89, GREEN FOREST 39 Alex Glenn and Tucker Thompson each had 15 points for Flippin (20-16), which hit 17 three-pointers to bury the Tigers during the 3A-1 Conference Tournament at Valley Springs. Chris Wire and Brayden Sumpter both had 11 points, and Aidan Hodges connected for 10 points for the Bobcats. Sebastian Holsted’s 10 points paced Green Forest (6-24). HELENA-WEST HELENA 53, PANGBURN 45 Helena-West Helena (11-15) advanced in the 3A-6 Conference Tournament at Rose Bud behind 18 points from Ashton Henry. Treyvaughn Johnson scored 11 points, and both DeTravis Fulton and Jordan Bailey had 10 points each for the Cougars. Cade Rolland had a team-high 15 points for Pangburn (1618). Wesley Waire collected 13 points, and Jacob Ramsey ended with 10 points for the Tigers. MOUNT VERNON-ENOLA 65, QUITMAN

49 Logan Loyd had 20 points, including 12 in the second half, to lift Mount Vernon-Enola (24-11) into the second round of the 2A-2 Conference Tournament at Izard County. Brady Coran scored 13 points, and Wyatt Sanders etched out 12 points for the Warhawks. Ethan Black finished with 14 points for Quitman (7-22). Owen Brantley and Greyson Ealy added nine points apiece for the Bulldogs.

NEWPORT 98, HOXIE 80 Tres Chaten poured in 36 points to ignite Newport (522) during the 3A-2 Conference Tournament at Salem. Demetric Denton added 32 points for the Greyhounds, who’d lost a 76-48 decision to the Mustangs in their previous meeting on Jan. 29.

POCAHONTAS 73, WYNNE 49 D.J. Coffey had 37 points and 11 rebounds to get Pocahontas (4-19) past the Yellowjack­ets during the first round of the 4A-3 Conference Tournament at Highland. Payne Swann added 10 points for the Redskins.

RECTOR 85, MARMADUKE 74 Cooper Rabjohn went off for 44 points and nine rebounds to push Rector (13-14) during the 2A-3 Conference Tournament at Bay. Lane Hemphill had 16 points, Drew Henderson added 12 points, and Cash Lindsey ended with 11 points and eight rebounds for the Cougars, who’d lost six of their previous seven games before beating the Greyhounds. ROSE BUD 55, HARDING ACADEMY 51 Bryce Walls came away with 17 points as Rose Bud (12-14) kept its season alive during the 3A-6 Conference Tournament on its home floor. Tanner Rooks and Jay Bell each had 12 points, and Brayden Reedy notched nine points for the Ramblers. Cam Pryor finished with 14 points for Harding Academy (6-14). Endy McGalliard added 12 points, and Kam Hoover had nine points for the Wildcats. SOUTH SIDE BEE BRANCH 61, WHITE COUNTY CENTRAL 51 Haze Hulse scored 16 of his 29 points after halftime for South Side Bee Branch (14-23) during the opening round of the 2A-2 Conference Tournament at Izard County. Jackson Thorn also put in 14 of his 20 points in the second half for the Hornets. Jaxon Gilliam scored 17 points, and Ethan Bratton had 16 points for White County Central (15-20). TRINITY CHRISTIAN 79, WEST SIDE CHRISTIAN 75 Phillip Angier finished with 31 points and 14 rebounds as Trinity Christian (13-7) moved to the semifinals of the Heartland Christian Athletic Associatio­n Tournament at Victory Christian. Aiden Cobb had 20 points and 11 assists, and Seth Gundlach ended with 13 points and eight assists for the Warriors, who trailed 44-40 at halftime. Gavin Owen added 12 points in the win.
