Aleah Kay Martin

-

of Malvern, Ark., passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2024. Born on May 21, 2007, in Benton, Ark., Aleah was the beloved daughter of Jacob Aaron Martin and Dara Lynn (Leatherwood) Martin.

Aleah was known as a bright ray of sunshine. She was funny, ditsy, goofy, and always cared about others more than herself. She had an unforgettable smile and heart full of love. Aleah attended church with her parents at The Church in Malvern, where she enjoyed participating in the youth group and helping with young children in the nursery.

Aleah was a student at Glen Rose High School. She was the biggest support in the Mighty Beaver Band stands during football games. She cheered and yelled the loudest and wasn’t shy about showing her love for her school. Aleah participated in marching and concert band contests as a saxophonist.

She was an avid reader and loved fantasy series, and her favorite series was Harry Potter. She loved visiting her school library and the Benton Public library. Aleah particularly enjoyed collecting Harry Potter memorabilia such as her wand and Legos.

Aleah possessed a spirited personality and an eclectic array of interests. Over the years, when asked what she wanted to be when she graduated, her answers varied from being a lawyer, owning a used bookstore, and, most recently, becoming a welder.

She leaves behind her siblings, Alexis Reid Tadlock, Alyssa Raquel Reid (Connor) Davis, and Jacob Martin Jr.

We find comfort in the assurance that Aleah is in the presence of the Lord for eternity.
