The Rumble, New Orleans’ premier Mardi Gras Indian funk ensemble, was founded in 2021 by members of the Grammy-nominated band Cha Wa. The group is led by Boudreaux, of the Golden Eagles Indian tribe. Another act seldom seen or heard these days is The Seldom Scene, an acclaimed blue- grass-folk ensemble founded in 1971 in Bethesda, Md. The group performs at 3:15 p.m. as part of the 22nd annual Mountain View Spring Bluegrass Festival, held at the Ozark Folk Center, 1032 Park Ave. Tickets range from $20-$35.
