- Shannon Jones

■ DATE AND PLACE OF BIRTH: June 19, Jacksonville, Fla.

■ I KNOW I’VE DONE A GOOD JOB WHEN: My team has the tools, ability and autonomy to operate successfully — and that their work is recognized and appreciated.

■ A TYPICAL SATURDAY NIGHT FOR ME INCLUDES: Date night with my daughter! After she goes to bed, self-care night with a collection of action movies or documentaries and wine!

■ THE PLAY THAT HAD THE BIGGEST IMPACT ON ME WAS: “Seussical the Musical.” It was my first time working on a show outside of a school setting. I think it was the first moment I truly realized how special theatre is and the first time I considered exploring it professionally.

■ ONE PRODUCTION THAT MAY NOT BE WIDELY APPRECIATED OR WELL KNOWN, BUT THAT I LOVE: We did a world premiere production of a show called “The Champion” by Amy Evans back in 2017. An incredible script — everyone should get to experience that show at least once in their life.

■ MY MOST UNUSUAL TALENT: I don’t know that I would count this as a talent, but I’m double jointed/have hypermobility in my fingers. They bend in weird ways. m THE BIGGEST LIFE LESSON I’VE LEARNED: Be your authentic self.

■ MY FAVORITE PLACE IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS: Anywhere in nature when the leaves turn. Growing up in Florida, we didn’t get much of an autumn, so seeing all of the colors is always so exciting to me.

■ SOMETHING I THINK EVERYONE SHOULD TRY AT LEAST ONCE: A great slice of key lime pie.

■ WHEN I HAVE AN HOUR OF FREE TIME, I SPEND IT: Trying to recover from chasing around a toddler.
