died on December 13, 2023, following a brief illness. She was the daughter of the late Clint and Glynn Bane Moore of El Dorado, Ark. She is survived by her sister, Sally Moore Smith (Wilson); and her brother, Clint Moore III (Jane); as well as her many friends and beloved pets. Ethel was born in 1945 in Asheboro, N.C. She graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1967. Ethel became a CPA and worked for the Arkansas Securities Department as a Senior Securities Examiner. However, her favorite part of the job was teaching about securities in the Arkansas Public School System around the state.

Zoe was an avid gardener and a long-term volunteer docent at the Clinton Presidential Library, where her favorite area to share with library visitors was the Oval Office. She was a life-long Episcopalian and a devoted member of the bell choir at Christ Episcopal Church. Zoe was a passionate art collector and loved art in all forms, as long as it was colorful. A memorial service will be held at Christ Episcopal Church, 509 Scott Street, Little Rock, Ark. on Saturday, April 13, 2024. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m., and the memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. with a light reception to follow. If you plan to attend the service, please consider wearing something colorful as Zoe’s least favorite color was black! Memorials may be made to Christ Episcopal Church; the Pulaski Human Society, 14600 Colonel Glenn Road, Little Rock, Ark. 72210; or Little Rock Animal Village, 4500 Kramer St, Little Rock, Ark. 72204.
