Jacquelien Pomponio

JACKSON TWP. JACQUELIEN POMPONIO, 94, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at home. She was born in Mantoloking, NJ, and has resided in Jackson Twp. for 76 years.

Jacquelien was the president of Al Pomponio Trucking and Excavating, Inc., Jackson Twp.

She was a communicant of St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Jackson Twp.

Jacquelien was predeceased by her parents, Claude and Matilda Hurley; her daughter, Judy Ann Guerrieri; her granddaughter, Samantha; and by her husband, Alfred in 1987. She is survived by her sons, Alfred A. Pomponio, Jr., and Michael Pomponio and his wife, Myra; her 6 grandchildren, Katrina, Rocky, LeAnn, Kyle, Amanda, and Rebecca; and by her 5 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation from 3-7 PM on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527. A funeral gathering will be offered at 9 AM on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at the funeral home. Her Funeral Liturgy will follow at 10 AM at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, 935 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ. Interment will follow in St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, 1 Honey Locust Drive, Lakewood Twp., NJ 08701.
