By go­ing through her ex­er­cises, you im­prove your ath­leti­cism, have an in­creased range of mo­tion gen­er­ate core strength, and you have joint sta­bil­ity. We’re fans of the cus­tom­iz­a­ble na­ture of this program as you can tar­get an ar­ray of se­quences in­clud­ing Neu­roCore Sta­bil­ity, Lower Body Sta­bil­ity, Up­per Body Sta­bil­ity, and Bonus Neck Sta­bil­ity. Whether you fol­low along via DVD, or On Demand (they just re­leased their app), this is a work­out that you can do from the com­fort of your home, of­fice or from your ho­tel room. In ad­di­tion to MELT Per­for­mance and MELT Method, there is also the MELT Hand and Foot Treat­ments that al­lows your body to feel its ef­fects in just min­utes and can be done with MELT Treat­ment Balls that are made specif­i­cally for these ac­tiv­i­ties.

MELT pro­fes­sional ed­u­ca­tion of­fers a se­ries of train­ings at var­i­ous lo­ca­tions in the US and the UK. Trainees learn how to share the MELT Method in a one-on-one or group en­vi­ron­ment in these prac­ti­cal, in­ter­ac­tive train­ings, while dis­cov­er­ing the lat­est in fas­cial sci­ence and the ner­vous sys­tem.
