TROOPER FITNESS

-

The holiday season is a great time to meet with friends and family and the ability to eat and drink is never ending! The good times don't mean that you have to abandon the gym. When it's time to get right back at it (or to keep it up), it's time to make your way to Trooper Fitness which opened November 2015 on the UES (there are plans to expand beyond this location).

There are a number of options that are available in terms of class offerings. Their Trooper Camps are high-energy, motivational workouts guided by certified coaches. These camps are geared towards fitting personalized programs for each individual’s goals while being done in a group training format. The classes come in an array of offerings: Trooper Met Con Camp, Trooper Power Strength Camp, Lower Body Trooper Strength Camp, Upper Body Trooper Strength Camp, Trooper Boot Camp, Trooper Core Stength Camp, Trooper TKB (TRX & Kettlebells) Camp, Trooper Sports Con Camp, Trooper Calisthenics Camp, Trooper Fight Camp, OCR (Obstacle Course Training), Trooper Boot Camp and Trooper Run Con Camp.

Beyond group classes or Trooper Camps which focus on strength and high intensity classes, you can also have private classes whether you do this solo or you opt to get your friends and co-workers together to get in a much needed sweat session.

When you're looking to reach a specific goal, you can purchase a Trooper Road Map which is a personalized 6-week group fitness program which will assist you in getting to where you want to be.

The Trooper Road Map includes 2 goalbased consultations and individual guidance from their certified coaches in a safe and responsible environment. It's also a great way to hone your skills on workouts that you want to perfect.

In addition, you can always book a one-on-one trainer which is another

way to guide and optimize your workout.

When working out at Trooper Fitness, amenities that are offered include: showers, free towel service, toiletries (deodorant, body soap, shampoo and conditioner).

The ethos of this fitness method is that it's a team oriented atmosphere that prides itself in overcoming obstacles, not only in the gym, but in life. They live by the motto - "All We Know is Go".

Like a number of studios and gyms, you can rock an array of branded shorts, tees, shirts tanks, hoodies, joggers, sports bras and hats.
