An­drea Rogers is the founder and Cre­ator of Xtend Barre. Launched 10 years ago, she be­gan with one lo­ca­tion in Florida and be­gan teach­ing classes that grew to wait­lists and fran­chises in the US, Canada, UK and Aus­tralia. She is a for­mer pro­fes­sional dancer, chore­og­ra­pher and cer­ti­fied Pi­lates in­struc­tor. In 2008 Rogers de­signed the Xtend Barre work­out by merg­ing el­e­ments of dance, pi­lates and bal­let to cre­ate an adren­a­line-fu­eled for­mula that strength­ens, length­ens and chis­els your body.

Classes are 55 min­utes, set to up­beat playlists and in­cor­po­rate moves that fo­cus on your up­per body, lower body, core, flex­i­bil­ity and strength. Where other barre pro­grams fo­cus only on the small move­ments, Xtend Barre's di­verse pro­grams fo­cus on move­ment of the whole body de­liv­er­ing car­dio, strength, en­durance, and flex­i­bil­ity.

Be­yond the sig­na­ture Xtend Barre class, you can take Pi­lates, TRX, HITT classes as well.

Xtend Tribeca of­fers ameni­ties from The Hon­est Com­pany to freshen up be­fore and af­ter class. Essen­tia Wa­ter is also avail­able for pur­chase.
