BOEHNER ON BENGHAZI

Speaking Tuesday in an event sponsored by the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, House Speaker John Boehner said a select committee appointed to investigate the Sept. 11,2012attackon the U.S. mission in Benghazi, Libya, will go a head with or without Democratic participation.

Boehner named seven Republicans to the panel lastweek, but Democrats, whohave five seats to fill, are divided about whether to participate in the probe many of them consider an election-year stunt.
