Lhas ded­i­cated her life to fit­ness. The per­sonal trainer has run 10 marathons — in­clud­ing the Bos­ton Marathon in 2003. And she cur­rently works as a yoga in­struc­tor at Pado­nia Brick Bod­ies and at the Ritz-Carl­ton res­i­dence. “Usu­ally my only ac­ces­sory is my Fit­bit and my di­a­mond ear­rings,” she laughs. “Or I’m in yoga clothes: or At the Step­ping Out for Breast Can­cer fundraiser, the mother of four adult chil­dren ditched her reg­u­lar work­out garb for this dressy black en­sem­ble. “I love this jump­suit,” she says. “It is so easy. You just put it on and go.” She bought the jump­suit from for a bar mitz­vah in April. “I walked in the bou­tique as they were clos­ing. They were so nice,” she says. She com­pleted the look with a ruf­fled shawl, which she says she’s had for years. “I feel dressed up,” she says. “I don’t feel like I’m teach­ing yoga.
