Lhas dedicated her life to fitness. The personal trainer has run 10 marathons — including the Boston Marathon in 2003. And she currently works as a yoga instructor at Padonia Brick Bodies and at the Ritz-Carlton residence. “Usually my only accessory is my Fitbit and my diamond earrings,” she laughs. “Or I’m in yoga clothes: or At the Stepping Out for Breast Cancer fundraiser, the mother of four adult children ditched her regular workout garb for this dressy black ensemble. “I love this jumpsuit,” she says. “It is so easy.
