Curry back, hits 27 in loss to Pistons

Blake Griffin scored 26 points and Andre Drummond added 16 points and 19 rebounds as the Pistons extended their winning streak to five games with a 111-102 victory over the visiting Warriors on Saturday night.

Stephen Curry returned after missing 11 games with a strained groin and scored 27 points on 10-of-21 shooting. He went 3 of 9 from 3-point range. Curry missed his first three shots, all 3-pointers, but then got his rhythm. Kevin Durant scored 28 points for the Warriors. Kawhi Leonard scored 34 points and the Raptors won their eighth straight, stopping the Cavaliers 106-95. The Raptors ran their record to a league-best 20-4 despite missing All-Star Kyle Lowry, out with a back injury . ... Gordon Hayward scored a season-high 30 points to help the Celtics beat the Timberwolv­es 118-109 for their third straight win . ... Emmanuel Mudiay scored 28 points and rookie Kevin Knox had a career-high 26 to lead the Knicks past the Bucks 136-134 in overtime. Giannis Antetokoun­mpo had 33 points and 19 rebounds for the Bucks.
