Three-star offensive lineman Zachary Franks of Gilman committed to Penn State, he announced Thursday on Twitter. “I’m 100% in!!! #WeAre19,” wrote Franks, who had more than 30 scholarshi­p offers, including from Maryland, Nebraska, Mississipp­i, Pittsburgh and Syracuse.
