An article in Tuesday’s editions about Anne Arundel County school nurses and health assistants being trained in trauma skills should have stated that employees were taught to use any available material to pack a gunshot wound, not for making a tourniquet.

Because of incorrect information provided by the Baltimore Police Department, an article in Tuesday's editions inaccurately summarized the charges against a Baltimore police officer stemming from an altercation at The Block. Sgt. Henrietta Middleton was cited for disturbing the peace and failure to obey police. The Baltimore Sun regrets the errors.
