An article in Friday’s editions incorrectly described the Federal Transit Administration’s role in reviewing this winter’s shutdown of the Metro Subway line. An FTA spokeswoman said that while the agency observed the replacement of track during the shutdown, it “did not issue any reports or findings.” The Baltimore Sun regrets the error.
