Baltimore’s Barcoding Inc. acquires Danforth Systems

Barcoding Inc., a Baltimore-based leader in supply chain management technology, announced Thursday that it has acquired Danforth Systems LLC.

The acquisition of the Houston-based Danforth will boost Barcoding’s position as a systems integrator and expand its RFID — radio-frequency identification — offerings. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Barcoding will now have offices across the United States with locations in Baltimore, Chicago, Houston and Lynwood, Wash.
