Surveillance plane is not just invasive, it's noisy

After its lack of accountability, my main objection to the surveillance plane is the morning-to-night drone of its engine (“Baltimore City Council holds contentious hearing on bringing back police surveillance plane,” Oct. 16). For me, it's a very irksome form of noise pollution.
