Pasadena man ar­rested on drug charges af­ter over­dose

A Pasadena man is fac­ing gun and drug charges af­ter po­lice said they found him over­dos­ing Satur­day evening in a crashed car in Glen Burnie, ac­cord­ing to charg­ing doc­u­ments. Mary­land State Po­lice found the man, Jar­rod David Bor­ing, 27, passed out in the front pas­sen­ger seat of a Honda Civic around 6 p.m. af­ter be­ing called to the scene of a crash, ac­cord­ing to charg­ing doc­u­ments. A trooper ad­min­is­tered Nar­can, and Bor­ing re­fused med­i­cal treat­ment on the scene, po­lice wrote in the charg­ing doc­u­ments. No­body was trans­ported from the scene, ac­cord­ing to the Anne Arun­del County Fire Depart­ment. A search of Bor­ing’s car re­vealed a 0.45 cal­iber hand­gun with one round in the cham­ber, brass knuck­les, drug para­pher­na­lia, mar­i­juana and 10 cap­sules of heroin, po­lice said. State po­lice ar­rested Bor­ing over drug pos­ses­sion, and pos­ses­sion of a loaded firearm and a dan­ger­ous con­cealed weapon. Bor­ing was also ar­rested on a DUI, but he was not charged, ac­cord­ing to on­line court records.
