Don­cic, Mavs end Lak­ers’ streak at 10

Luka Don­cic scored 21 of his 27 points in a dy­namic se­cond half, Kristaps Porzingis added 15 and the Mav­er­icks snapped the Lak­ers’ 10-game win­ning streak 114-100 Sun­day.

Don­cic also had 10 as­sists and nine re­bounds, and Delon Wright had 17 points and nine as­sists in the Mav­er­icks’ sev­enth vic­tory in eight games.

The Mavs un­der­lined their sta­tus as likely ti­tle con­tenders with an in­spired se­cond half on the road against the NBA-lead­ing Lak­ers, who had lost only once in 18 games since their season opener.

LeBron James had 25 points, nine re­bounds and eight as­sists. An­thony Davis had 27 points and 10 re­bounds for the Lak­ers (17-3), whose long­est win­ning streak in 10 years ended with their largest de­feat of the young season.

Rap­tors ex­plode: Pas­cal Si­akam scored 35 points, Fred VanVleet had 21 points and 11 as­sists and the Rap­tors used a record­set­ting first half to rout the Jazz 130-110.

The Rap­tors’ 77-37 lead at the break was the big­gest in fran­chise his­tory and the NBA’s largest this year.

Other games: Jimmy But­ler scored 20 points, Bam Ade­bayo had 17 points and 16 re­bounds and the Heat scored the fi­nal 10 points to pull out a 109-106 win over the Nets. ... Chris­tian Wood scored a ca­reer­high 28 points in the Pis­tons’ 132-98 rout of the Spurs, who’ve lost 11 of 13.
