High school students in the Reach High Baltimore program try out two new four-seat rowing shells purchased with a $40,000 grant from PNC Bank on Thursday. The new boats provide highlevel training and racing opportunities for student-athletes in the Baltimore City Public Schools system and South Baltimore who train with Baltimore Community Rowing at Middle Branch Park.
