Food pantry on the go

About 40 volunteers from these organizations were on hand to help load approximately 12,000 pounds of food, boxed for distribution, into vehicles for neighbors in need. A recent report by the Maryland Food Bank found that the number of Marylanders in need of food assistance through their network rose by 30% between March and May of this year.
