SIGHT TO BEHOLD
Brandi Stephens, an optician, holds a mirror so Aaron Miller, 6, of Woodlawn can try on frames for his new glasses. The Baltimore County Public Library system is partnering with the nonprofit Vision To Learn, which will visit 12 branches through August. The mobile van made its first stop at the Woodlawn branch last week. The children come into the van by appointment only, receive free eye exams and, if needed, get new glasses of their choice.
