Contract extension deadline passes

The Ravens and Lamar Jackson did not agree on a contract extension before the star quarterback’s Friday deadline, the team announced. Jackson, who is representing himself in negotiations, will play this season on his fifth-year rookie option with a salary of $23.016 million.
