We should all believe in Baltimore

The recent letter to the editor in The Baltimore Sun by Shelonda Stokes was timely and right on point (“Downtown Baltimore is more than just the Central Business District,” Sept. 12). Our city is a great place to live and visit and we can all make a contribution toward making it even better.
