Pedestrian killed in Monday crash identified as 60-year-old Linthicum man, police say

Anne Arundel County Police identified a pedestrian killed in a Monday crash as 60-year-old Linthicum resident David Nelson Thomas.

Police are still investigat­ing the crash near Vince’s Farm Nursery in Linthicum,

where officers said the pedestrian, Nelson, was in the northbound travel lanes of Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard, possibly attempting to cross from east to west.

He was wearing dark, non-reflective clothing when he was struck, according to police.

Investigat­ors believe the vehicle involved was a white Lexus, but the driver has not yet been identified, according to police.
