Something that she cherished and treasured for her entire lifetime. She grew up with Amazing Aunts, Uncles and lots of cousins who she also loved so much.

Her dream was to open up her own wig shop. At the age of 19, she opened “Chignon Salon.” She helped support her entire family through this accomplishment. They loved it so much her beloved husband decided to surprise her with 5 more weddings! The love and the bond they have together is everlasting and for eternity. Gerrie was a phenomenal artist. She loved to draw, paint and make clay formations that looked exactly like the people she made them for. She also made a special pillow called a “Schleppy,” to bring joy to children. She wrote a beautiful story to go along with it about her three girls. In Salisbury, Gerrie loved raising her family in Avalon Park. She had many special friends who she enjoyed spending time with, going on adventures with and playing bridge. Most of all, she loves her children, her grandchildren and her great granddaughter with all of her heart and soul. She lived every day to give as much as she could for her family.

She made every holiday and birthday so special. She is so proud of Hallie, Sara-elah and Ivy. They made her so happy and she loved spending time with them and helping them live their dreams. She is the best Mom, Grandma and Great Grandma (Gigi) in the entire World. Gerrie shared so much Love with her family, friends and everyone who she came into contact with.
