TWO WAGNERS... SORT OF

SCP Auctions finished the year by selling two T206 Honus Wagner cards in auction. Or maybe it’s 1 ½. A er a PSA Authentic copy that had been altered sold for just over $1.1 million in SCP’s 2021 Fall Auction, the company added another Wagner – or at least part of it – in its next auction scheduled for mid-January.

Of interest is the low PSA serial number, indicating the card was among early cards encapsulated by the grading company.
